  1. I see a few people saying that this recipe is weak and saying that it didn’t work, I think it’s worth mentioning triple up on your cannabis amounts if you want half decent cakes and you are a regular smoker or this recipe could put you off edibles if they don’t work.

  2. I did this and got absolutely no results. It happens every time I try edibles, store bought or home make. They just don’t work for me. I’ll even taking a little break from smoking weed to lower my tolerance before taking the edible. This time I used the crockpot method. I used one oz of good quality cannabis to one pound of butter. Decarbed the weed and let it infuse. I let the temp get to 220 Fahrenheit before turning it on low around (120 Fahrenheit) for 6 hours. The edibles didn’t work for me so I ended up eating 2 of the brownies then just drank another 500mg of thc. I felt nothing all day. I almost wanna eat like 2000mg for an experiment and prove that I’m immune.

    1. I knew there had to be a reason so I started to do some research on my own got some ordered up and will use it in the future thank you so much for the education

    2. It has to do with the bioavailability of thc. Studies have shown that edibles seem to feel stronger and kick in faster when it’s used as an ingredient

  3. I been wondering, can you over decarb? And if you decarb, cook it for 8 hours, then bake cookies for 10 minutes at 375 will that burn off any thc?

    1. When you bake the cookies, the temperature of the dough is not 375 by the time it is done cooking, but generally below 300 actually. If you allowed the internal temp to reach 375, then yes, you would boil some THC off.
